I have had no requests for refunds yet, as of . . .
We anticipate that you will be very happy
with your new website
and will not want a refund.
But if someone wants a refund for some reason, this is how it works:
A full refund will be given upon request for any payment made until the time that the website and/or add-on services have been signed for as acceptable by the client. The refund will only include one add-on service. If more than one add-on service has been purchased, no refund will be given after the first one. Signature of acceptable service is usually done in 7 days or soon thereafter.
Now, how is that for an easy and generous refund policy!
But, to be clear, there are no refunds after the website has been accepted as acceptable and the "project completed" paperwork has been signed by the client.
